Strong north-north-westerly winds continued, with a heavy overcast, occasional drizzle and temperatures peaked at 9 degrees C. During the seawatch, two Red-throated Divers, 208 Fulmars, 22 Manx Shearwaters, three Whimbrel, one Little Gull, 11 Sandwich Terns, an Arctic Skua and 743 Puffins flew north.
Elsewhere, single Shoveler and White Wagtail visited Thornwick Pools and a Spotted Flycatcher was on the Outer Head.
