It was generally overcast with light easterly winds and temperatures a mere 7 degrees C. During the seawatch, three Tufted Duck and ten Common Scoter flew south, with a drake Goosander moving north.

A Great Northern Diver was on the sea near South Landing and the juvenile Glaucous Gull rested on cliff top fields near North Marsh again. Two White Wagtails were on the Outer Head, with a scattering of Chiffchaffs and Goldcrest across the area.

Immediately west of the Dykes, a Ring Ouzel and 60 Yellowhammers were located near Bempton Cliffs RSPB.
