A moderate/strong southerly, with showers and later heavy rain. The seawatch produced a Black-throated Diver heading south, one Great Northern Diver south (and one north), 97 Teal flying south, two Velvet Scoter doing the same, five Goldeneye south, a Red-breasted Merganser south and a Bonxie north. In addition, two Little Auks flew east past South Landing.

There was no sign of the Citrine Wagtail at South Landing, but the Water Pipit and Grey Wagtail remained.

Thornwick Pool held a Little Grebe, six Teal, ten Dunlin, two Snipe and a Grey Wagtail.

A Starling roost adjacent to the Flamborough-Bridlington road near Sewerby Hall contained a minimum of 7000 individuals.
