The weather consisted of moderate/strong south-westerly winds and generally overcast conditions, after a belt of rain crossed the area in the middle of the day.
Seven White-fronted Geese were present; the party of six birds remained at North Marsh and the individual continued to show well alongside the South Dykes exit road. North Marsh also attracted 71 Teal and 26 Wigeon and Thornwick Pools continued to host a Jack Snipe. A Woodcock was flushed from Whelkie Winds, where there were also 30 Fieldfare.
