The weather consisted of moderate northerly winds and sunny intervals, after rain first thing. During the seawatch, a Red-breasted Merganser, 141 Fulmars, 108 Gannets, 5800 Guillemots and 17 Razorbills flew north. 

The White-fronted Goose continued to show well at South Dykes and a Flamborough record 76 Great Crested Grebes frequented the sea off the South Cliffs. The Nuthatch remained at South Dykes, with 20 Fieldfare and nine Redwing present. Sixty-two Skylarks were split between Oceanview, Beacon Hill and North Dykes, with a cumulative tally of 25 Reed Buntings across the same sites. The flock of 25 Lapland Buntings also remained in residence between Thornwick and North Dykes.
