A cold day, with temperatures of two degrees C, relatively overcast conditions after a bright start and light south-west winds. The highlight of the morning’s seawatch related to two Blue Fulmars flying south.
Sightings on the headland included four White-fronted Geese and a Pink-foot at North Marsh, a Long-tailed Duck off Cattlemere, a Woodcock at South Landing, one Waxwing near Sykes Plantation, a Richard’s Pipit on the Golf Course, with 80 Tree Sparrows and a Corn Bunting at Oceanview.
