A Honey Buzzard flew high south over Bempton village at 11:20hrs, representing the day’s highlight. A Short-eared Owl was over North Marsh late afternoon. Thornwick Pools hosted a single Hobby, whilst a Red-breasted Merganser was on the sea off Beacon Hill; two Wheatear and a White Wagtail were also noted.
