Blustery south-westerly winds, mainly overcast with spells of light rain and occasional sunny intervals; a high of 21 degrees C. The shoreline at Cattlemere attracted juvenile Little Stint and Curlew Sandpiper, along with a first-winter Mediterranean Gull; a first-winter Yellow-legged Gull was off the nearby Fog Station. South Landing hosted three Little Egrets and three Dunlin.

A Spotted Flycatcher and two Wheatear were near Old Fall, but unfortunately there was no sign of yesterday’s Western Bonelli’s Warbler. Elsewhere, single Hobby and Brambling were at Oceanview and a Whinchat at North Marsh.
