An overcast day, with light south-east winds and temperatures reaching eight degrees C. Despite the seven Whooper Swans resting on the sea off the Fog Station late morning, they later returned to favoured fields on the southern side of the headland. The goose flock near North Marsh contained the usual Russian White-fronted Goose and 16 Pink-footed Geese. Nearby stubbles attracted 35 Snow Buntings.
