The weather consisted of strong south-westerly winds and blustery showers. During the morning’s seawatch, a Great Northern Diver flew south. The goose flock that lingered in the vicinity of North Marsh contained single Pink-footed and White-fronted Geese. A Jay in South Dykes was an unusual local record, whilst a Waxwing frequented the hedgerows near the entrance of the Golf Course; the latter had been colour-ringed near Aberdeen on 23rd November.
