A moderate/strong south-westerly wind veered north and increased in strength by late afternoon; heavy showers featured throughout a day where temperatures only reached ten degrees C. Seawatch highlights included 210 Fulmars, 103 Manx Shearwaters, two Sandwich Terns and 479 Puffins flying north, with 15 Canada Geese moving south; a Bonxie lingered off the Fog Station.
