Light, variable winds throughout a sunny day, with temperatures reaching 19 degrees C. A morning seawatch was rewarded with 37 Little Gulls, a Mediterranean Gull, a Pintail, three Arctic Skuas and 81 Red-throated Divers. A first-year Caspian Gull was also on the sea off Danes Dyke. Passerine interest on the outer head included two Jays, 13 Yellow-browed Warblers, two Willow Warblers, three Lesser Whitethroats, three Pied Flycatchers, a Tree Pipit, 14 Brambling and a Snow Bunting.

Bridlington Links GC attracted another Yellow-browed Warbler, a Jay and 20 Brambling. On the opposite side of the headland, Bempton village hosted a Merlin, a Turtle Dove for its second day and a Willow Warbler. Sightings from the nearby reserve included a Short-eared Owl, two Ravens, a Yellow-browed Warbler and a Pied Flycatcher.
