The weather consisted of moderate/strong northerly winds and prolonged sunny spells. Sightings included the lone Barnacle Goose touring the headland, single Common Sandpiper and Dunlin, two Little Ringed Plovers, two Bar-tailed Godwits and four Whimbrel. In addition, a Hobby flew west over South Landing. Passerine interest included two Fieldfares, two Pied Flycatchers and a Common Redstart.

West of the Dykes, Buckton attracted two Tufted Duck and lone Redshank, Greenshank and Common Sandpiper. Three Short-eared Owls, a Grasshopper Warbler and three Yellow Wagtails were also present.
