A moderate south-easterly wind prevailed throughout a day that also featured sunny intervals and temperatures that peaked at five degrees C. During the seawatch, a single Puffin flew north, whilst thousands of Guillemots and Razorbills were also recorded.
The female Long-tailed Duck was again present on the sea off Cattlemere. There were 51 Fieldfare recorded on the headland, but the undoubted highlight referred to the single Waxwing that flew over the outer head towards the Lighthouse car-park.
