A day of sunny intervals and a moderate westerly wind. The seawatch was again quiet, with 500 Gannets and 30 Kittiwakes representative of increasing numbers of birds returning to the colony, but there was no significant movement.
Two White-fronted Geese and one Pink-foot were present, along with a Water Rail, two Woodcock and a Jack Snipe. Thirty-six Fieldfare also toured the headland.
