We are proud to partner with a number of groups that promote and preserve Flamborough Headland’s wildlife. Read more about our partnerships below.
The Garganey Trust
We have partnered with The Garganey Trust on the establishment of the Seawatch Observatory. We have also worked closely together on bringing the former arable fields on the extreme Outer Head back into conservation management. The site had not been managed for at least ten years and had become dominated by a wildflower poor rank grassland and bramble. The land is now manged under licence from East Riding of Yorkshire Council, the project aiming to restore the wildflower-rich coastal grassland and create a mosaic of habitat for migrant and resident birds.

RSPB Bempton Cliffs
The RSPB reserve at Bempton forms an integral part of Flamborough Headland’s birding experience and it features on our bird news blogs and reports almost daily. We frequently cooperate on various events, especially ‘Migweek’ each October.
