Overcast throughout, with occasional drizzle, light south-easterly winds and a high of seven degrees C. Three Whooper Swans and three Snow Buntings were at North Marsh in the morning, while a Blackcap was in the village near Hartendale. A total of 116 Fieldfares made landfall on the outer head, with an additional 44 birds at RSPB Bempton Cliffs and ten in Bempton village.
