Thick cloud persisted all day in a light northerly, maximum tempertaure 7°C.
A quieter seawatch still managed to deliver a Red-necked Grebe, a Yellow-legged Gull and 54 Red-throated Divers.
A Great Northern Diver flew east along the South Cliffs where a Black Redstart was on the cliff top. A Woodcock was present at Bempton Cliffs RSPB.
