Variable amounts of fog persisted all day in a moderate northerly breeze. Mainly cloudy with temperatures rising to 11°C.
Mid-morning a ringtail Hen Harrier was watched at Old Fall heading towards South Landing but was not seen subsequently. Otherwise, the day’s birds mainly involved the remnants of previous days’ migrants including a single Spotted Flycatcher, Pied Flycatcher, Redstart and Yellow Wagtail.
